Internship

Working at the [GANG] garden and attending workshops was a breath of fresh air- both physically and spiritually. The chance to put your hands in the dirt and to meet people who are equally as excited to witness and experience new growth is a great experience. — A.J. Ingram

In the spring of 2010, an Indiana University student arranged to intern with the GANG [now GAPV] garden as part of his learning experience. Through that time, he learned gardening skills including management, organizing skills, and a honed his writing about regenerative culture.

As need and interest arise, ARC members mentor those learning about permaculture. These internships and mentoring relationships are initiated by and driven by the interests of those learning new skills. If you would like to explore this as a possibility–even at a distance–please contact us.
